Also can be used to make namkeens (tea time snacks). The chickpea is important in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine and in 2016, India produced 64% of the world's total chickpeas.

Also you need few ingredients to make them. You can use either canned chickpeas to make them or you can boil the chickpeas to make this snack.

I got this recipe from my mother. When we were kids she used to make these yummy snacks at home and we all loved them and normally have the with chai (an Indian tea).
Now a days I make them and then store them in an air tight container and can have them for a week or so.
